This company did a great job. Updated me daily on the progress of my move as it was happening. The follow-up from the company was refreshing not many companies offer that type of service. Would use again.
Again just another company that instead of doing the right thing, will simply follow policies that give them leverage and boost their bottom line right now.
24 hr notice? Yeah it is in your policy, but is that really fair when your niche is moving people across country? Why does the customer get charged if they are not there (which I was) on the day promised, but you folks don't give a dime when your late? Can people drive across country in 1 day? Just a few questions they refuse or do not have the intelligence to answer.

Shout out to Sam, Tim, Tanner and Carl for a great packing and loading move. Nothing was broken from what they packed (the unloaders dinged a few things) but these guys were very friendly and quick. The packing was done very well. I wish the rest of the move went as good as the packing and loading with these guys. I don't recommend United Van Lines at all but these guys were good.
Awful customer service! They are the classic big company that hides behind "policies" that put the consumer at a disadvantage. What ever you MIGHT save using this selfish money hungry company, you will surely loose when you spend days in a hotel after they keep pushing your drop off date back.
Prompt and courteous service. Great staff and move coordinator. I'll recommend them to anyone looking to move with minimal fuss!
