I accidently went to the wrong store for a pick up. I am not from the area and the lady was so nice about it she canceled my other order and made it from scratch at her store.
Use to order at end of class at college, by time drove over ready for pick up. Very fast
Ordered Two pizzas on Friday, one hand toss and one thin crust. The thin crust was cooked too much and the crust was burnt. Not very happy with papa johns.
What horrible service the general manager was extremely aggressive towards me when I called to complain about a delivery driver that wouldn't take my free pizza coupon. They refused to give me my free pizza and told me my promo code is no longer valid. BS. Really nasty people. Now i have 5 hungry kids that were looking forward to pizza!!! How cruel this world can be.
