Their food is great. My problem is they charge for Delivery but the money doesn't go to the driver. I wouldn't have a problem with it if it went to the Driver. In fact if I find a Pizza place that doesn't charge for delivery, it's bye bye Dominos.
The people are always nice, but I have an issues with my orders. Especially when it comes to the special instructions part. When I have contacted them about it, I have always been treated well and have had the issues resolved.
Honestly, the last two times I ordered using the website, there was a problem processing the order correctly. So why am I writing a 5 star review? Because Eric Hanson at this store recognized the problems and corrected them immediately! His attention to customer service is the reason we continue to purchase Dominos at all. Thank you Eric!
Love their Philly baked sandwich and most of the drivers are friendly. Just do not call and ask for status, even if its been over an hour - the staff can get very cranky and it is unlikely a manager is on duty. Calling corporate gets you nowhere - just talk. For "fast food pizza," it tastes pretty good :-)
Was a very busy night friday when we ordered carryout, and from the sounds of it, the store was short staffed. Manager was very polite and doing her best to keep things moving and as close to on time as she could.
