I went to register a truck and the service was surprisingly smooth and well organized. We spend twenty minutes there in a Wednesday and we got the title and license plates for my truck.
It is the DMV, but the grest service balances out the forms and lines etc.
This place is a joke came in on Monday computers are down went in today can't take test after 4 PM this will now be the third time I've been there to renew a license

I think they got rid of all of the curmudgeons from when I was younger and replaced them with genuinely happy people. More power to you, DMV employees! I couldn't ever deal with the general public and not be a sarcastic, bitter person.
Terrible customer service from the rep. He got mad and complained because it was busy. I also was informed to just bring title in and paperwork and receipt so it would be resolved. That didn't happen. Rude representation for Green Bay DMV facility. Honestly can't keep up with the workflow, then quit! Lol
