Green Bay it's bad city very bad
I was mailed information about a parking citation that I had apparently received last week, which floored me because 1) I do not own a car and 2) I have not been in Green Bay for a handful of years.
It makes one wonder how much revenue they make by sending random people throughout Wisconsin fake citations and hoping that they'll pay them?
Had a parking ticket in my name after selling a non working vehicle. Was told that if I gave them proof that I no longer own or possess the vehicle that they would refund me for a parking ticket in my name. I have now given them certified proof from the DMV and they still keep coming up with excuses. This city is always looking for a way to get money from people, instead of doing their jobs. I can't believe they lied to me and they're a government agency. What a joke. Glad I don't live in Brown County anymore!
TL;DR: GB Parking Divison couldn't provide an answer as to why the GB Parking Division sent me citation information about a citation that never occurred. Rude & incompetent staff.

3am to 5 am no parking sign on the street.
I called the Parking Division to figure out why, and how, this stuff would get sent to my name and address. The first lady had "no idea" how it got to me, and had no intuition about how that could have happened. I then talked to a "supervisor" and she had no answer for me either. Both were very rude, and clearly don't have much of grasp on their operations. (Where do they get these people from?)
Older lady in the booth has no respect. Terrible attitudes. Stairwells smell. All around not a great experience at all!
