I brought my Anniversary ring to Zales to have 6 prongs on it replaced. After a day, a sales lady called me and said the jeweler recommended I have all 12 prongs replaced. I knew that there wasn’t anything wrong with the others, and I couldn’t really afford to have all 12 prongs fixed anyways. I told the lady no thank you and to please just have the jeweler replace the 6 I had asked for. She called me back a few hours later and told me that the jeweler said if I didn’t have all 12 prongs fixed, they would not fix any! When I told her I would be picking my ring up and bringing it somewhere else, she hung up on me! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! Terrible customer service and very over priced!!
I'm glad that I went in before reading the reviews! I was at the bay park square location and the customer service was wonderful! The young lady was more than happy to pull out many rings for my boyfriend and I to see (because I am so indecisive ha!) She smiled the whole time and was beyond friendly and happy for us!! This was just for a promise ring but we definitely plan on staying with Zales!
My fiancé went in to get my ring cleaned because he was told we have to every 6 months to keep the warranty well the 2 people there a blonde lady and a man were so rude to him and said because he didn't spend over $800 on my ring there is no warranty.... he still ask for the ring to be cleaned, this lady took my ring and found a tooth brush and brushed it twice and gave it back to my fiancé, it looked worse than before..... so we went to Kay jewelrs and they cleaned my ring no questions asked....people at zales were so rude and un professional!!! Unbelievable!!
Was glad I didn't read the reviews before going to Zales. Apparently going on a Wednesday evening is a smart idea. We were two of only two other customers and my fiance and I were looking for "the ring". Jean, who hails from Ireland, was gracious and very pleasant to deal with. She paid attention to my concerns and was very helpful in getting us the best deal on the ring I fell in love with. And my fiance liked it as well. Just hoping what has been said about the wait time proves false. My ring is supposed to be back by May 26th, so we'll see what happens.
Awesome customer service! They listened to what it was I was looking for and helped me find the perfect engagement ring!!! I will definitely be coming back soon.
