just last week i went into the store to retrieve a pawned item while there service i had was exquisite fast easy nice staff and fair prices my concern come to how well the know weapons there was a 50cal black power musket hanging on the back wall i asked a staff member to have a look at it as he grabbed it the barrel fell out of the stock and hit the floor as they didn't even have the pin after picking up the barrel the staff member didn't even know how to put it back i had to do it after this i decide to do a check on the fire arm so i pull the ramrod place into the barrel to some to find out that the rifle has a round still in it. while i will come here for other items and such i dont think i will be buying any guns from them
Great customer service, you can tell the people like their job. The owner must treat them right!
This is a great place to do business. There's a handful of employees that have worked here since I've started doing business with them, and they genuinely care about their customers. I'll never go anywhere else for my pawning needs.
Staff was vary friendly, the ladies upfront where all smiles nice to talk to (sorry ladies I don't remember your names) I brought in a smart watch and was given a fair price,also there interest was half of anywhere else. And if you only need the money for a week they will pro rate it so you don't pay the interest for the whole month.people going to a pawn shop generally are at that moment desperate for cash and maybe not in the best of moods so it was really nice to be treated good!
Never had any issues with my purchases in the past and great friendly service also
