Never had an issue. Courteous staff, timely care. Gorgeous facility. Only minor complaint that I have is that there is a seemingly lot of robo questions and typing during any visit. Gone are the days of talking and listening and taking notes after.
Majority of the staff is rude especially if you call for an appointment without receiving a letter first. The primary care physicians change every month or two. I deserve better
The receptionists really don’t have a clue about what they do at the clinic.
The staff is very good if you can get to them. If you judge the place by people that answer the phones you will be terrified to go there.
Nice clean modern facility.
Very clean in and out. Plenty of volunteers to direct you to where you need to go. Appointment was at 0900 and I was called in at 0902. No hurry up and wait here.
