Your treated like a number and a paycheck here.I was on the phone with my nurse told her I had a miscarrage and all she could respond was well how do you know (with a snotty attitude) I told her well usually when theres tons of blood and the plecenta comes out that probably tells me I had a miscarrage. Me being already stressed out enough of my unborn baby they have the nerve to send me a letter saying i missed my appoint ment when. Icalled them 2weeks before my appointment. Worse place to be the staff are not that friendly there all in a big rush. Will never come back here again!
Aurora's hospital is the epitome of their horrible service. Half of the nurses are great and they really care, the other half could care less. Called when my wife was having contractions, they said they would call back... 2 hours later and her contractions are 2 minutes apart, we tried calling but couldn't get through, ended up just going into the ER and asking what to do. Oh, and overall abysmal OB services; They won't tell you anything except "you're good." We had to Google a lot of things since her OB skipped on telling us a lot...
I tried for 2 years to be seen by this organization for spine care and I even had a referral from Oshkosh Aurora. I even sent a letter to the head of Aurora and still no appointment. There second opinion program is a joke, you will not get an appointment despite the false advertising. Aurora Baycare spine center and neurology is Prevea health best kept secret. Prevea health did pause for a second to give me an appointment and I have had numerous treatment there. Skip Aurora in Green Bay there are better options in the city.
Made payments on time, sometimes double payments a month. Without notice turned into collections without any communication from aurora. Greedy is an under statement.
In short: Go to Bellin, you'll regret coming here.
Could not have asked for better care at a difficult time. Extraordinary.
