One of the lifeguards was really rude.
It was difficult to find information about class scheduling from the staff. They said to just download the app, which really wasn't helpful. The classes were not offered at convenient times or were an extra charge beyond the monthly membership. Staff did not respond to questions and calls. Also made it extremely difficult to cancel the membership when I decided I had had enough.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The machines are well taken care of. The app is great for finding the class schedule.
They need Les Mills classes! Body Pump, Sprint etc!! Disappointed there not! ☹
I've had positive experiences for both myself (when I could play racquetball)to my children taking swimming lessons & classes when they were young. Then they would go to the YMCA to work out. There was something for every age.
