Store was a mess, merchandise on the floor, boxes lying around, 3 employees each walked by me several times as I was wandered the store obviously looking for something and not once did anyone ask if they could help. It was amazingly bad.
Called Green Bay, WI location today at 1:56PM and asked if i can return something without a receipt (I purchased a week ago) perfectly in tack, packaging never opened, the item never even left my car. I told them i could give them the date i bought it and a time range and also purchased it using my card and they said "we could but it would take a loooonnngg time to go through every transaction for that day" well 1. I can't imagineit is that many transactions considering it was the middle of the week and there was maybe 1 other person the entire hour I wandered around there. 2. If you can do it then why are your employees being lazy and not willing to. Extremely annoyed with the customer service as well as the return policy. UPDATE YOUR SYSTEM. Every other store can do returns without a receipt and atleast give store credit. amazed at the unwillingness to please your customers. will never shop at this store again.
Upsetting I purchased things for my sons birthday but we had a change of plans as it turned out to be raining out and we had it outdoors so couldn't hang the things up. Set the items aside to make to return them or exchange for something's for our wedding. Just to find out that they no longer take anything back after 30 days. Not even to exchange for anything in store. Makes me want to rethink even buying my plate and things for my wedding from here. I would understand if I am trying to get my money back but I am not I just want to exchange for other things for our wedding and knowing we will be spending more then the $30.00 of things we were trying to exchange.
