We had a fantastic experience at First Impressions. This was our first time at this office and we were really impressed. My kids are 2, 2, 3, and 5 years old and they were all treated so well by the sweet and thoughtful staff. The waiting area was a lot of fun for them with the climbing area, slide, and video games. We highly recommend this place to everyone.
Could not be more pleased with our visit! Everyone from the receptionist, the hygienist Amanda and Dr. Tom were fantastic! My son actually said he had fun! Will definitly ve bringing ny daughter to First Impressions!
The staff was wonderful with our little guy. Made us feel so comfortable and everyone constantly kept us updated on his visit while we were there.
Thank you to your amazing staff. My children are finally not scared to go to the dentist. They are excited as their mind is not on being at the dentist. When we leave from their appointments, whether it is a cleaning or a tooth being pulled or a cavity, we leave in a good state of mind. And not mad at the dentist for anything.
My son hated his first trip to the dentist, our old provider, and cried so hard they couldn't do his exam. We were referred out for "behavioral issues", mind you he was 2 at the time. During our first visit my son opened up, as they assured him he was safe, gave him a toy to hold for the exam, and let him play a little to ease him into the exam. I really liked that, especially after the trauma at old provider (scared him and held him down). He made it through with minimal tears. After his second visit today it's safe to say he's no longer afraid of the dentist. He made it through with minimal whimpers and went to the X-ray room willingly with his hygienist. When we were done he didn't want to leave! I'd say it's a vast improvement in comparison to our prior visit when he tried to hide in the jungle gym slide as soon as he was called.
