Dr. Ellis and his team were friendly, efficient, and available for questions. All of the staff were approachable and knowledgeable. They were quick to answer questions about billing, the procedure itself, and questions after the procedure about the healing process. We were very happy with the experience we had at Bay Oral Surgery Center.
One afternoon I went to my dentist to have a tooth prepared for a crown. Upon inspection she determined that the tooth was cracked, would not support a crown and needed to be pulled. Oral surgery got me in that same afternoon. The procedure was virtually pain free and the tooth was out before I knew it. The staff was very professional, did the job with great skill and all the while interacted with me in a fashion to that allowed me to relax. I would recommend them to all.
