I booked a car here and was charged 120$ more as an extra day charge, since I returned the car just a few hours late. Please be careful to be on time here. The minivan I got had to be changed in between as the engine was making noises.. you don't want to rent here..
Woof!!! Talk about great customer service at Austin Straubel in Green Bay!! I'm a private pilot and brought my plane to Jet Air Group Jan 26, 2017 for some maintenance. Had pre-arranged a rental from AVIS.(If you're a USAA member the rates are superb!!) Anyway, Amber at Jet Air called Avis to say I was ready for pick up. I was expecting an Avis van to take me to the terminal to complete the arrangements. In short order Avis agent Crystle drives up to Jet Air, with my vehicle! First time an agent has ever driven to meet me! What a pleasant young woman. Thoroughly professional. We completed the paperwork right there at Jet Air, and I was on my way. Later, I called her and to modify and lenghten my contract, and she took care of that in short order. Thanks, Ms. Crystle!!

I was in an auto accident and had to fly back home, the staff at Austin Straubel went way above and beyond, they got me the vehicle I needed, the young agent went out and brought it to the front of the airport for us. All of this at 10:30 PM and with a friendly smile. Well done!!
