Being a mother with two small children (1 and 2 year old) there isn't many restaurants we can go to as a family. Texas Roadhouse has always been very accommodating to our needs. Our children can be as loud as they want and NOBODY cares! We drive 45 min to get to there and it's well worth it. With call ahead seating we were able to call when we start driving and by the time we get there, it's a short wait until we get our table.
Other than horrid acoustics, good meal. I ordered ribeye well done and it was without being tough. Husbands ribs needed more sauce but flavor fine.
Their call ahead program is a joke. Why even offer it?? And if your whole party isn't there don't bother going up to the person to get a pager they won't let you even wait if you are missing one person.. The food isn't that good either if you actually like steak don't go here
i just wish they had earlier hours. i think it would be nice if they opened at 11am to whatever. its a long time to wait until 4 when you are hungry.
I enjoyed the smothered chicken with loaded steak fries and chili. It was an entree that truly defines excellency. However, the overall ambience of the meal was completely ruined by the crushing realization that I would not receive cinnamon butter until the meal was finished. The agonizing wait crushed my spirit. Cinnamon butter is a delicacy that no person should have to wait for.
