The clerk in the children's clothing department was extremely rude.
This is not my normal Sams Club so I don't think this one reflects the rest. Every time I have used this one the service is horrendous. I realize its a warehouse club so my expectations are non existent already. They seem to go out of the way to provide a bad experience. The last visit I just left all of the groceries. It was that bad. The cashiers are absolutely slow and incompetent. I will never go back into that store. After a recent visit to Costco with a friend I will be buying a membership there.
Having kiosks right as you enter is as stupid as putting overstock pallets in the isles so you can't get through. Remodel is epic fail.
We used the club pick feature and we're unsure if it would work as well as they said, I was plesently surprised at how professional and quickly the young man was who helped us through the whole process was. He seemed to be quite knowledgeable in how all of it worked, and we will be back because of him
