I'm a frequent customer at auntie annes, and I recently downloaded their app. It advertises that you get a free birthday pretzel, but I never received mine. On my birthday I was told that it took 24 hours for the coupon to be available for my free pretzel. No big deal but now a few days later I went back and said that the deal never showed up on my app. They told me that they were sorry but there was nothing they could do. Um, yes there is... Just give me my free pretzel.
Used to buy pretzels all the time, but after the last experience, I don't think I will be visiting them again. The older gentleman, I'll call him that for now, charged me $3.42 for a pretzel that was supposed to cost me $1.99 during the customer appreciation promo. Well, I guess I wasn't appreciated as a customer. So, I'll take my business elsewhere. I don't mind the other workers, but that one guy always causes me grief. I'm done. No more pretzels.
