I've been going to Kolbe Accounting for personal and business tax prep since about 2001 and have always been satisfied with the service. Kaye Kolbe is informed about governmental changes, she keeps up on current tax law and does her best to explain confusing regulations to the average person like myself. She has provided me guidance that I felt was sound and honest. Kaye is a "straight-shooter" and very direct with her communication. You never have to guess with her. I appreciate her knowledge and expertise so much that even though i moved to Florida several years ago, I still continue to go to her with my accounting needs, cumbersome as it may be to scan and email documents rather than drive to her office. It's totally worth it because I know it will be done right. In fact, I was recently chosen by the IRS for a random audit and Kaye helped me understand the process, what they were looking for and she had answers for every question - even the ones i couldn't remember from 3 years prior, she remembered! My audit was completed penalty-free and I really learned a lot from both Kaye and the auditor - a good experience because i had Kaye "in my corner."

Kolbe Accounting & Tax is the place to go! Kaye Kolbe is knowledgeable about every question we have when it comes to our personal and business affairs. We have been with her for 10+ years and we highly recommend her as an accountant. She assists us with all aspects of our businesses and even gives us a heads up on tax laws that might pass in the future. Her office does all our payroll as well and there are no mistakes, unless it is from our end. The worst part of her job is tracking us down to get her the information she needs!!! Kaye goes above and beyond and is a professional in every sense of the word. It is hard to find someone as passionate about their work like she is. Professional. Educated. Highly recommend.
