The Lead Agent/Mgr is extremely friendly and helpful. Only suggestion would be come prepared, make sure you plan for a small wait (15-20 minutes) , and know the times they are open, and hours they are not for lunch.
UPDATE THERE OFFICE IS CLOSED....I DROVE ALL THE WAY OVER THERE FOR NOTHING...THEY HAVE NO OFFICE IN GREEN BAY NOW NEAREST LOCATION IS APPLETON
Drove over an hour to meet the appointment booked two weeks ago. Arrived on time at 2:30pm (Tuesday). Then saw a notice posted on the door window saying it is CLOSED today for whatever reason. What a F!
