My parents sent me to this school after failing most of my subjects in 7th grade. I was so upset... what could a small school with little to no sports programs offer me?
Since my school days, their sports programs have gone through the roof... which my children are very happy about. Don't hesitate to look at this school, it'll be one of the best decisions you can make for your child(ren).
Let's face it, anybody can come on the internet and talk up something that really doesn't live up to the hype. TALK IS CHEAP! I put my money where my mouth is: I'm sending my children to this school. I am not a Lutheran, but I cannot think of a better school for my kids. Some of the same teachers are still there, and I can guarantee they're not there for the salary they receive. They care about their students, and it shows!
Over 20 years later, I can honestly say that the two years spent there were the best years of my life. I was given a foundation that the rest of my life was built on. I made friends for life, and yes, my grades improved.
