Newly opened in green bay. I was there just few days after the opening . Very close to my hotel. The staff was very welcome with me, they explained all about the concept. I have ordered a half chicken and it was delicious. It is definitely a place to test. I will come back there for sure.
First time coming to a Famous Dave’s. We will definitely be back! Our server was Dylan and he was always making sure everything was going perfectly. Great service from him and I can honestly say he made our first time here great. My food was taking a little longer and the man who ran my boyfriends food out made sure he explained to me that it would be right out and then offered to get me something while I waited. His name was Walter and he was so extremely nice too. My food was ran out and we had the manager over and a shift leader over to make sure everything was okay with our meal as well. The people here are so friendly and I’m glad we decided to come in today!
The food took a while to come out so if you plan on going soon, get there before you are really hungry. I think this is pretty typical for a new place. Food was excellent. Everything tasted great!!!
The food was very good. The only complaint I have is that two separate people not including our server, came to the table at separate times and had awkward conversations about our service, if we were offered drinks, appetizers etc. Would we return, how is the service wrc. Let people enjoy their meal and the people they are with! Give the customers a survey ans they can choose to give their feedback that way if they choose.
It's almost as if they gave us our food off the kid menu. My side of Mac and Cheese was one spoonful in a condiment sized saucer. The trainers were clearly in red and some of the higher up management was just getting set to part ways Friday afternoon. Opened on Monday and we visited on Friday.
With the food and service we received, I can't imagine this place will last as long as Tony Roma's. Overall a bad first impression and unlikely to ever return.
