We worked with Julie Hand for over two years. We were interested in selling our house, but it didn't work out for various reasons. Eventually, we decided to purchase a second home (rental property). She stuck with us through it all. Julie patiently showed us homes in our price range and preferred area. She was willing to drive in the cold and rain to show us homes and had a smile on her face through it all. She was VERY knowledgeable and pointed out things to us we didn't notice or think about. She was helpful in being a go-between us and the sellers when we had questions. She was awesome at pointing us in the right direction when we had questions or tasks beyond her (home inspectors in the area, etc). She even put up with our silly sense of humor. In the past, we have used other realtors, but no one has been as loyal, hard-working, down-to-earth or knowledgeable as Julie. We are now looking to purchase another rental property and wouldn't think of using anyone else!
