I have been working for Ranstad for 4 months now and they are a great company to work for
Had a bad experience with a worker named "Sharon" at the Green Bay east Ranstad location. She was very rude to me after i told her that another company wanted to offer me a job and that i wasnt able to go foward with the job she had mentioned for me. "I cant control what happens in life" ive been waiting for her to help me find a job for the longest but another agency beat her to it and she was pist. The last thing she said to me after i explained her was "I dont have time to sit on the phone and chat" If i was someone else i would of just let her hanging and never call back, but being the good person that i am, i called her to let her know and that's how she repaid me. If you want to go to Ranstad east of Green Bay, try not to work with "Sharon" shes very unprofessional when it doesnt go her way.
My experience with Randstad was great. Friendly people very thorough in explaining how they operate and efficient with job openings. Definitely a 5 start establishment!
The people at Ranstad are great and very wonderful. They hear you when you tell them the specifics about jobs you are looking for, the pay you are looking for, and they assist you in making requests for jobs you are looking for.
