The manager at this store is a disgrace to customer service. I really enjoy my Oreck vacuum but I am now willing to drive 45 minutes to a different Oreck store to have mine serviced just to not have to deal with Mike Weber. In this day of high gas prices, I think that says a lot. His inappropriate behavior with customers, and his ridiculous excuses for poor service are almost unbelievable. I can only assume that he assumes his customers are idiots because some of the excuses he threw me were laughably impossible ( and believe me he had an excuse for everything). DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN WITH YOUR PROPERTY, he can't even answer a phone or return customer message! The owners of this store deserve to know what he is doing with their business.
