Exceeded my expectations! Great staff that helped me through the process of buying a 50 lb garden statue for my Mother's Day present. They even delivered it since I live out of town! Service oriented and friendly staff! Don't go anywhere else!
So I went to get a new key for my vehicle and found out it had a chip in it. I was charged around $70 for the replacement one figuring I was kinda limited on options. A few days later, I checked Amazon out of curiosity and they sell uncut chipped keys for around $7. Needless to say I'm pretty disappointed.
I purchased a lawnmower with blower attachment (2017). After the first use had a few problems which I had to solve myself. After the second use had a problem that it couldn't solve myself and it just so happened to be the beginning of the snow season and they said they could not fix it for six weeks. I was able to limp by for the winter and brought it in to be fixed this summer (2017) and they told me it would be a two-week wait. Update on 6/30 talked with Wes and said there was a disconnect and that this does not happen often. Look forward to purchases and working with Wes and Kimp's in the future.
Had an awesome experience at Kimps recently. Went in to get Benjamin Moore paints as we just moved to the area and were looking to repaint some rooms in our house. They were having some trouble with their color dispenser and it wasn't quite getting the paint color we were looking for. Debbie went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of and got the paint we needed for our home despite the technical difficulties. It's becoming rarer and rarer to find such helpful and personalized experience as we had at Kimps. Thanks so much for all your help Debbie!
This year we are doing a major landscaping project. I love that you can rent decent equipment that is reliable for big projects. We would never have undertaken this if it wasn't for the skid steer rental. Also, their spring garden center is wonderful!
