I'm not one to toot someone else's horn but I do believe word of mouth is very powerful. Before asking Naomi our Realtor, or the lender for suggestions, I narrowed my choices to Mike; MK & Associates and another place. Mikes name came up from four different people so, went with Mike. Awesome feller, has experience, was very thorough; I asked lots of questions and he had lots of answers! Very reputable company and I'd recommend him to anyone looking to have a home inspected! His secretary that answered the phone was very personable and helpful as well!
Mike was very thorough during the inspection of the home I purchased. He explained all of the issues that needed to be fixed and why. He was also very patient in answering all of my questions. I highly recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection!
