Very helpful staff! Great selection of plants, flowers and decorative items. Wonderful place to shop.
I was very disappointed with their customer service today. I waited 15 min at the counter & someone had to ask multiple people to assist me. I was one of three people in the store with 7+ employees behind the counter. I wonder if they should assign a team to assist customers instead of work behind the desk. I have gotten much better service from smaller flower shops & I probably won't be back.
Not the friendliest counter staff, but the staff working in the outdoor center are extremely helpful and knowledgable. Great end of season sale prices, too.
Yet another Legacy business here in Allouez/Green Bay Wisconsin that we could not do without! A very knowledgeable staff that do strive to help their customers as well as high quality plants with a selection large enough for any purpose! We Love Em!. Also there is the Plant lady and Plant guy were you can come in and ask questions about plants...Very Helpful!
