Spent a night here with a larger group. Had dinner at the Caribou restaurant on-site, food was good and a decent value. The water park was busier than expected but nice. Lifeguard staff needs some work (after 10 years of training lifeguards so I'm probably pickier than most) but overall good. Rooms were clean and the hotel was surprisingly quiet. Overall I would highly recommend!

Our first impression was great. Upon entering our room we found that there was some things that could have used a second cleaning but it was overall okay. We we're immediately met by a woman who gave my kids each $10 in tokens to the arcade. The beds and pillows we're not super comfortable but the kids had a great time. Their only complaint was that there is not a regular pool to swim in. The dinner we ordered from the hotel restaurant was amazing. Overall for the price it was a good place to stay.

This was my third and probably last stay there. We were in town for the Packers game with friends. The rooms are very rustic and a bit charming. This time, though, the room was filthy. There was food and other items on the floor from a previous guest. The mirrors had fingerprints. There was a used q-tip in the shower. While they cleaned it up a little bit once we complained, for $450/night, you would expect something better.

Wasn't as clean as I would have liked. Stairs to slides a little scary! I have pictures of the dust on the lamps, the stained shade and the part if our sheet that's black. It won't let me post pictures though. The price was great though! Lots of fun for the family! Loved coming on Christmas not busy at all! Bed comfy. Staff very friendly. Food a bit pricey. Breakfast buffet good and well priced.

Water Park and game room are decent, but restaurant, and staff were not good. No customer service what so ever. Definitely needs new management, and more staff. The same lady (who was very nice) who checked us in, also served us at the ice cream counter, and then an hour later was the same one that brought us our roll away bed. It's too bad, because from the outside, this place seems to look pretty great.
